Our new Scapular Style Necklace showcases two beautiful Mother of Pearl charms on a dainty 18k Gold Plated chain with the style of a scapular! One charm features Jesus and the other, Our Lady. Wear this necklace as a reminder to entrust yourself to Jesus and Mary!

*Note: this necklace is not meant to be worn as an official scapular because it does not meet the scapular requirements. Please consult with your parish priest for more information.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is Neriah Jewelry specifically for plus-size women?

Neriah Jewelry was created with plus-size women at the center — our bodies, our style, and the way we want to feel wearing jewelry. We believe beautiful jewelry should be accessible to women of every size. We're building the kind of jewelry space we felt was missing: one where plus-size women are never an afterthought. Everyone who feels at home here is always welcome.

Will these jewelry pieces actually fit a plus-size body?

That's one of the first things we consider when choosing our collections. We look for pieces that offer comfort, beautiful proportions, and a flattering fit — because we don't believe you should have to squeeze into jewelry that was never made with your body in mind. Always check the measurements of each piece to find your best fit.

How will I know how a piece of jewelry will look on my body?

We know how frustrating it can be to shop for jewelry when everything is shown on a completely different body type. That's why we aim to show our jewelry on plus-size women, so you can get a more realistic idea of how necklaces, bracelets, and rings may look before ordering.

How do I choose the right jewelry size?

Each product page provides sizing information and measurements to help you find your best fit. We recommend measuring your wrist, finger, or preferred necklace length rather than relying on your usual jewelry size, as sizing can vary between styles.

Do I need to size up because I’m plus-size?

Not automatically. Your jewelry size should be based on your individual measurements — not simply because you have curves. Check the measurements on the product page and choose the size that feels most comfortable for you.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces separately in a dry place, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and handle delicate chains with care.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders. We want you to enjoy your new jewelry without worrying about additional shipping costs. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or if I don’t like it?

Absolutely! You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Simply reach out to us through our Contact Page or email us directly at info@neriah-jewelry.com, and we'll guide you through the return process.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number. You can then track your package anytime through our Order Tracking Page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand, but you will receive tracking updates by email once your order ships.

How can I contact you if I have questions?

Our customer support team is always happy to help. Whether you have a question about sizing, your order, or finding the perfect piece, you can reach us through the Contact Page or by email at info@neriah-jewelry.com. We usually reply within 24 hours.
